Any high school girl who is thinking about going through sorority recruitment in college.You may have a mom, sister or friend who has been through rush before, or you may be completely new to the sorority world. Either way, coaching gives you a place to ask questions, figure out what you want, and feel more prepared for what is ahead.

The earlier, the better, especially if you're planning to go through recruitment at a large SEC school.Ideally, seniors begin early in their senior year of high school and prepare throughout the year. Many often wait until applications open in the spring, but starting earlier gives you time to build your resume, connections, and overall confidence about the process.If you're a sophomore or junior already thinking ahead, you're not too early. There are plenty of ways to start preparing now.

Every session is a little different because it depends on what you need and where you are in the process.We may work on your rush resume, build your recommendation letter packet, review your social media, prepare your recruitment registration profile or video, plan outfits, or practice recruitment conversations.These are working sessions, so we are not just talking about what you need to do. We are actually doing it together!

I work with girls preparing for sorority recruitment at schools across the country, but I especially understand SEC rush and recruitment throughout the Southeast.I was a rush chair in my chapter at the University of Alabama and have intentionally built relationships with current and former sorority women from different schools and chapters.Every campus handles recruitment a little differently, so we will always build your preparation around the school or schools you are considering.

Most sessions are held virtually, so we can meet from anywhere. I am based in Nashville and also spend time in Alabama, so limited in-person sessions may be available depending on schedules and location.

Absolutely. Moms are often a big part of the recruitment process! Some packages include sessions just for moms, and parent sessions are also available on their own.I usually recommend that moms join the beginning of the process so everyone understands the plan, then have their daughters complete most coaching sessions one-on-one so that they build confidence and feel comfortable handling recruitment independently.

Because membership decisions are made independently by each chapter, coaching does not guarantee a bid or membership in any organization.The goal is to help you clearly show who you are and find the sorority experience that feels right for you.
